Belo Sun Mining Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is focused on its advanced-stage development project, the Volta Grande Project, which is located in Para State, approximately 60 kilometers southeast of the city of Altamira in northern Brazil. The project comprises approximately 20 exploration permits, covering an area of over 103,350 hectares (ha); approximately four mining concession applications covering an area of over 2,360 ha; approximately 10 exploration applications for exploration in mineral rights covering an area of over 23,210 ha, and approximately eight exploration applications for exploration in mineral rights in public tender, covering an area of over 31,660 ha. It also has an ownership interest in the Patrocinio Gold Project, which is located in the Tapajos gold province in the Para State of northern Brazil and an ownership interest in the Rainbow Alexandrite Project, which is located north of the city of Brasilia.

Copper One Inc.

Copper One Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is in the process of exploring and evaluating mineral property interests in Quebec, Canada. The Company owns approximately 100% of the 60,000-hectare project area referred to as the Riviere Dore Property, which covers over 85 kilometers long newly discovered layered mafic intrusive complex located southeast of the town of Val-d'Or, Quebec. The Riviere Dore project is located southeast of the town Vald'Or, Quebec. The Company's properties are focused in copper-rich districts in North America, approximately two in the northern areas of Quebec, Canada and over six others in an Arizona-New Mexico cluster in south-western part of the United States.

Emerita Resources Corp.

Emerita Resources Corp. is a Canada-based exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties with a primary focus on exploring in Spain and Brazil. The Company has two gold exploration properties in Spain, namely Las Morras and Sierra Alta. The Las Morras property is located in the Extremadura region, which is in the eastern part of the Badajoz province. The Las Morras property comprises over 230 claims, which total to approximately 7,000 hectares. Sierra Alta is located in the Navelgas Gold Belt, which is in the Asturias region of northwestern Spain. Euro Sun Mining Inc.

Euro Sun Mining Inc, formerly Carpathian Gold Inc, is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company focuses on gold and copper exploration on its property in Romania. The Company, through its subsidiaries, focuses on its exploration and development on Rovina Valley Au-Cu project in Romania. The Company's project is located approximately 20 kilometers from Eldorado Gold’s Certej gold project. The Company's Rovina Valley Project consists of approximately three copper-gold porphyry systems, such as Rovina, Colnic and Ciresata. The Colnic Deposit is located approximately 2.5 kilometers (KM) south of the Rovina Deposit and the Ciresata Deposit is approximately four kilometers south of the Colnic Deposit. The Company holds the Rovina Valley Project through an exploration license, which covers a total of approximately 90 square kilometers. The Company, through its subsidiary, Mineracao Riacho dos Machados, holds interest in Riacho dos Machados gold project (RDM).

QMX Gold Corp (QMX) is a Canada-based mining company that is engaged in exploration and mine development. The Company focuses on growing through the exploration, development and acquisition of mineral properties, directly and indirectly through joint ventures and other opportunities. It holds a property position with approximately 200 square kilometers in mining camps in the Abitibi District of Quebec, Canada. It operates in the mining regions in Val-d'Or, Quebec. Trigon Metals Inc, formerly Kombat Copper Inc., is a Canada-based development-stage exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, maintenance, exploration and development of mines and mineral properties in the African country of Namibia. The Company operates through the development of its Namibian mining and exploration permits segment. Its core operations are focused on copper resources in Namibia. It holds approximately 80% interest in over five mining licenses in the Otavi Mountain Lands, an area of Namibia. Within these licenses are over three past-producing mines, including the Company's property, the Kombat Mine. The Company signed a definitive mining contractor agreement with EBM Mining Namibia (Pty) Ltd. Troilus Gold is a Toronto-based development-stage mining company focused on the potential re-start and mineral expansion of the former gold and copper Troilus Mine, located within the Frotêt-Evans Greenstone Belt in Quebec, Canada. The Troilus mine produced 2 million ounces of gold and almost 70,000 tonnes of copper between 1996 and 2010. The areas below and around the former pits are currently estimated to contain Indicated and Inferred gold resources of 1.8 million ounces and 0.6 million ounces, respectively, and remain open for further mineral discoveries.
